Practice Survey Reporting

PATIENT SURVEY 2019/2020

A patient survey was conducted during the year 2019/2020. We are excited to share with all patients the results of the satisfaction survey. The Practice has received excellent results with an overall score of 99.65%. The results are very pleasing as you will see from the survey report. This survey will help us to improve the level of care we provide to our patients and the best possible service for our population.

The Practice would like to thank all those patients who participated in this survey. Your opinions are very valuable to us. We will use them as guidance to improve our services which will enable us to meet your expectations.
