All staff members strive to achieve the same goal.  This is to provide high quality primary care and best possible customer service standards by following strict policies and adhering to the NHS guidelines.  The practice vision, which is well known to all staff members, is to provide a high quality service to all patients at all times.

Although patients are our customers, they are a unique type of customer.  They approach the Practice to discuss matters relating to their health.  Therefore, they should be treated with a special level of care to ensure that their needs and expectations are met in the best possible and most convenient way with a high level of respect and dignity.
